How Long Does Shipping Take? Delivery Times by Country

Shipping to the US, UK, Canada or Australia usually takes 4–7 days. See HISTELLO delivery times by region — with no customs fees or taxes to pay.

Actualizado 21/10/2026

If you're ordering from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or most of Europe, your HISTELLO parcel usually arrives in 4–7 days. Asia is typically faster at 3–5 days, while most of Latin America takes around 10–18 days.

And there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives: no customs fees, no taxes and no courier handling charges.

The table below shows the typical delivery window for each region. These are ranges, not guarantees — actual delivery can be shorter or longer depending on customs, carrier volume, weather, public holidays and the address itself.

All delivery times on this page are measured in calendar days.

Before you order, use the shipping calculator to check the available routes, estimated shipping cost and delivery time for your country.

Please read this before planning around a date: every number on this page is an estimate for a typical shipment, not a promised delivery date. The same route can arrive in four days one month and eight days the next. If you are ordering for a birthday, a trip or an event, build in extra time rather than cutting it close.

When does the delivery time start?

The ranges above describe time in transit after your parcel has been dispatched. They do not include order preparation — the time needed to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier.

Preparation time is not fixed. It depends on stock availability and order volume. If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order may need to wait until it is available before it can be dispatched. This means the total wait from checkout can be longer than the transit time shown above. We send each order out as soon as it is ready. You can find more shipping details on our shipping information page.

No customs fees or taxes to pay

The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle customs and any duties or taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives: no tax bill, no customs handling fee and no payment request from the courier. You just wait for your package.

Customs inspection can still add time to a delivery — it is one of the factors below — but it will not add a cost for you.

What can affect your delivery time

An international parcel passes through several handover points: our warehouse, the export carrier, customs, the destination hub and the final-mile courier. Any one of them can move the delivery date. The most common factors are:

  • Customs clearance. Some parcels are selected for inspection, which adds time before the local carrier can continue delivery.
  • Peak shopping periods. Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year and major sale events create heavy parcel volumes across the entire route.
  • Public holidays. A holiday in either the origin or the destination country can pause sorting and delivery.
  • Weather and transport disruptions. Storms, flooding or airport congestion can delay flights and ground transport.
  • Carrier backlogs. When a hub is overloaded, parcels wait in line even though nothing is wrong with the shipment itself.
  • Remote or rural addresses. Areas with fewer delivery routes often take longer than major cities.
  • Address or phone number problems. An incomplete address, a missing apartment number or an unreachable phone number can hold a parcel at the local depot.
  • Stock availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the order may wait until it is available before dispatch.
  • Order volume. A large order, or several orders placed together, may need extra packing time before dispatch.

None of these factors means something has gone wrong. In most cases the parcel is still moving and will update once it reaches the next scan point.

How to track your HISTELLO order

Once your parcel is dispatched, the tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can check its status in two ways:

  • In your account. Log into your account, open your order list and select View Order to see the latest status for that order. Our tracking guide walks through the same steps with screenshots.
  • On Cainiao. Paste one or more tracking numbers into Cainiao's global tracking page to check several parcels at once.

Tracking updates are not always real time. A parcel can take a little while to show its first scan after dispatch, and scans may pause for a day or two while it moves between hubs.

How long does shipping to the US take?

Typically 4–7 days. The United States is one of our fastest major routes, but customs processing and carrier volume can still push an individual parcel past that window.

How long does shipping to the UK, Canada and Australia take?

All three usually arrive within 4–7 days. These routes share a similar transit window, so the same advice applies: treat it as a range and allow a little extra time during peak periods.

How long does shipping to Europe take?

Most European countries receive orders in 4–7 days. Delivery to smaller cities and rural areas may sit at the longer end of that range.

How long does shipping to Israel take?

Israel typically takes 5–8 days.

How long does shipping to Latin America take?

Most of Latin America, including Mexico, typically takes 10–18 days.

How long does shipping to Asia take?

Asia is our fastest region, typically 3–5 days.

Why is my order taking longer than the estimate?

First check whether your order has been dispatched. If it has not, it may be waiting on stock or a larger-than-usual order volume — preparation time is not included in the estimates above, and an out-of-stock item can hold the whole order.

If the parcel has been dispatched, check the tracking. When it is still moving, the most likely causes are customs clearance, a carrier backlog or a public holiday. If the tracking has not changed for several days, contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.

Are these delivery times guaranteed?

No. They are typical ranges based on how each route usually performs, not fixed delivery dates. International shipping involves customs and multiple carriers, so no estimate can be a guarantee. We will always help you trace a parcel that is running late.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?

No. Customs and any duties or taxes are handled by us. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives — no tax bill, no handling fee and no payment request from the courier. Just wait for your parcel.
