Histello is a direct-to-consumer yoga apparel brand offering Histello products through its own storefront.
Prices are shown on product pages and may change with exchange rates and tax policy. Shipping is calculated by actual weight. Customers must provide accurate delivery and declaration information and follow local import laws.
After payment, Histello sends the parcel through a professional international logistics provider. Dangerous drugs, weapons, counterfeit or infringing goods, hateful or illegal goods are prohibited.
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery when items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and retain tags and packaging. Personal-return shipping and customs costs are paid by the buyer. Carrier loss or damage is handled by the carrier with our assistance.
We do not share personal information except where legally required or authorised. Users may update their profile or request account deletion through online customer service. Customs declarations must be truthful.
Contact customer service with your order number and evidence. After approval, return the goods for inspection. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Final-sale and intimate apparel items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
