SHIPPING INFORMATION
For tracked shipments, your tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into your account and select “View my order” to find your tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
You can also use our order tracking portal to track your order.
We dispatch each order as soon as it is ready. Preparation time depends on stock availability and order volume; if an item is out of stock, the order may need to wait until it is restocked before it can be dispatched.
