For tracked shipments, your tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into your account and select “View my order” to find your tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
You can also use our order tracking portal to track your order.
Orders submitted before 17:00 China Standard Time each day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders submitted after 17:00 will be dispatched the next day.
